Apple has never been the stable member of Black Friday, the traditional day that sees retailers slash prices on goods in an attempt to attract users at the end of year. The last time Apple offered deals on Black Friday dated back in 2014. Last year, Apple Watch was the hottest item during the holiday shopping season with nearly 16 million units sold despite the fact that Apple skipped Black Friday promotions in 2015.

This year, Apple is ready to be a part of the busiest shopping day of the year. Apple is planning to host a shopping event that takes places on November 25. Apple’s Black Friday shopping event will be one-day shopping for customers. However, Apple has not announced pricing and availability of gifts for this year’s shopping season. At the same time in 2014, Apple cut prices on select items including iPads and Macs.

Apple’s Black Friday shopping event this year is expected to attract a large number of customers following the huge success of 2014’s event. We are expecting to see free Beats headphones with MacBooks or an iTunes gift card on purchase of any iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch on November 25. Besides, there will be free two-day delivery for any in-stock items.

Apple’s deals will not affect those from retailers in the world, as they annually offer discounts on Apple’s products on Black Friday. Last year, Target launched an offer including a $100 gift card on the purchase of Apple Watch, while Best Buy slashed $100 off the purchase of the Apple Watch. This year, Adorama and Star Buys are offering promotions for the recently introduced MacBook Pro with Touch Bar, iPhone 7, older MacBooks as well as iMac hardware.

This year, Apple released the new iPhone 7/7 Plus, iOS 10, the Apple Watch Series 2 and MacBook Pro with Touch Bar. Apple is expected to bring in revolutionary products in 2017 where it will be celebrating the iPhone’s 10th year anniversary.
