Step 1: First, make sure that you have upgraded to the latest version of iTunes on your Mac or Windows PC.

Step 2: Turn off “Passcode” and “Find My iPhone” feature on the device

Step 3: Connect the iOS device to your Mac or PC via the USB lightning cable then open iTunes and select your device.
