While a lot of iOS 11 new features are fairly obvious, there are some hidden features and tricks that are not known to many folks. One such feature is the ability to turn off and reboot iPhone and iPad without pressing power button.

AssistiveTouch has been available on iOS for a while, allowing you to control your device and perform some gestures like 3D Touch, use Siri and a pinch. In iOS 11, Apple has improved AssistiveTouch, expanding its usefulness just beyond being able to open Control Center and activate voice control. Apple has added a restart button to the AssistiveTouch menu, offering a much simpler to reboot your device.

Step one: First off, you need to launch the Settings app from your home screen and then tap General to proceed

Step two: On the next screen, you need to tap on Accessibility and then hit AssistiveTouch

Step three: Once you are in, all you need to do is to tap on the switch for AssistiveTouch to turn it on. Once you are done, you should see the AssistiveTouch icon on the screen and then tap on it

Step four: Tap on Device and the hit the three dots button. After that, hit the Restart button to reboot your device.
