- Turn off Background App Refresh

Step one: First off, launch the Watch app on your iPhone, select My Watch tab and tap on General to proceed

- Delete apps you no longer use from the Dock
With WatchOS 3, Apple has introduced the Dock that allows you to access some of your favorite apps and help the apps run faster. - Disable Emergency SOS

Step one: First off, you need to swipe up the watch face and tap on battery percentage
Step two: Next up, all you need to tap on Power Reserve and tap on Proceed
